Hammer Hand Cannon - Double Hit!

So, Keb(from EXP server) suggested i should design a rocket launcher who can hit other people when you don't have ammo too. At first i designed more sci fi looking one, but didn't like it, because for a fun idea, it was too serious. So, i made a cannon version.
